Beyond the Screen

Outside of his acting parts, Finn was an improv performer and served as an educator at the University of Colorado, where he was an adjunct professor.

He was a member of a comedy group of six called Beer Shark Mice.

"Finn guided, supported, and advised many learners throughout the years and you'd be hard-pressed to find a person anywhere who has a bad thing to say about him," his relatives stated.

Offering condolences, peer actor Richard Kind remarked there was "not a more kind, gentle, or funny, authentic human being you could encounter".

"Perpetually optimistic, assisting others to improve and be funnier. A great dad, a great guy," Kind wrote online.
